Cycle to Work Schemes

We accept vouchers from all the above Cycle to Work schemes.

With Cycle Solutions, Cyclescheme, The Green Commute Initiative, Halfords Cycle 2 Work or Bike2Work Scheme you can get a bike tax-free, which, for most people, means they save up to 42% of the cost. You can get just about any type of cycle and accessories from us and it's good for your health and the environment too!

What do I need to do?

  • Is your employer signed up?

To get a bike through a Cycle to Work Scheme, your employer needs to be signed up to a scheme. If your employer is not signed up, or you are not sure, speak to your Manager or HR department and direct them to the relevant schemes.

  • Come and talk to us

We will take the time to talk about what type of bike and equipment are best for you and provide you with a written quote for your choices.

  • Request your secure certificate on-line

Go to your employer's special Cycle to Work Scheme web address to request your certificate. If you are not sure what this is, ask your Manager.

The Cycle to Work scheme will ask your employer to confirm your eligibility and approve your request and then send them an invoice for the cycle package. A hire agreement will also be sent to you to sign. As soon as the cycle is paid for, your Cycle to Work scheme will send your electronic certificate by email which you bring to us to exchange for your chosen cycle and equipment.

  • How does payment work?

Your hire payments are deducted from your gross monthly salary. At the end of the hire period employees may be given the opportunity to buy the bike for the market value, however this cannot be an automatic entitlement. Many employers opt for the scheme to take ownership of the bikes at the end of the hire term, in which case any offer sale to the employee will come directly from the scheme.
